The location was nice and only a few minutes’ walk from the town and beach, but there was almost no hot water, the accommodation was damp even with the air‑con, the outdoor area wasn’t maintained, and after a three‑night stay we had no spare towels or bedding.

The calm and the trullo were the highlights of the trip.

The location is perfect and the trullo is charming, but there are too many trees blocking the sea view.
The setting is quiet and surrounded by greenery, everything is within reach once you settle in, but a bit more lighting on the entrance steps would help, especially if you come back after dark and need a flashlight.
Staying with my three kids turned into a wonderful holiday; the property feels welcoming and very distinctive because of the trullo and the stone-built rest of the house that makes the stay evocative, plus it’s tucked in a lovely pine grove that isolates it from the nearby tourist centre and offers relaxation just two minutes from the sea. Manager Boris was available and present in every situation. Highly recommended.
