The bed was comfortable, but there was only one outlet in the room, no option for food at the hotel, and I wasn’t warned beforehand that the kitchen would close.

I think the reception could be expanded to handle many customers at once, and in the future an elevator should be added to improve access for elderly and physically disabled guests.
