The leisure area was good, yet the room lacked hot water.

I had a great experience overall, but unfortunately, I couldn't extend my stay by another day since the hotel was fully booked. The staff and facilities were excellent, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the unavailability of rooms for an extra day was a bit disappointing.
