“Basically ok for a night”

The location is near the Embassy. There was no security lock on the door, the TV was old and Netflix didn’t work, and the air‑con couldn’t be set below 27 °C. The owner didn’t know about parking and gave me two options. The security guard said the ₱150 option was not possible and acted like I was crazy when I suggested it. They were eager to take my ₱700 for garage parking, only cash, no receipt, and there was no street parking nearby.

The place was nice to stay, very convenient, neat and comfortable. I would definitely come back again. The host was also very responsive and accommodating.

Everything was very clean and relaxing. Everything is just around the corner. There are plenty of spots to visit nearby. We really enjoyed our stay; it really serves its purpose, especially since it is just across from the US Embassy.

“The place a clean, cozy studio right across from the us embassy and Manila bay beach. It’s a good value for the price.”

I chose it because of the location, reviews, and price, but unfortunately a neighbor’s dog in the condo barked every time someone walked past their door down the hall.
