The room was clean and the bed was big, free drinks at the front desk were convenient, a 7‑Eleven on the first floor was handy, and multiple lights allowed for various brightness levels, but the toilet and shower were connected in a unit‑bath style, which might bother some, and it’s far from the station.

The hotel’s spot is great because the metro drops right into the city, but the AC in the room doesn’t work, showering drenches the whole bathroom, and the bed is pretty uncomfortable.

Cleanliness and location were spot on, though it felt a little dark with fewer lights and a smaller window.

The location is good. The reception staff were not very friendly, the place was not very clean, the linens were not changed throughout the stay, and the bath sheets were missing unless I complained. It was too expensive for what it was—a tiny room for three people, no wardrobe to hang clothes, and the photos sold a dream that was a different reality. Disappointed. 4/10 for the location.

It was great that there was a female staff member who spoke Japanese, and a male employee even set aside kitchen detergent to help remove a stain from my clothes. The man used a translation device to communicate, and overall the staff were wonderful. Having a 7‑Eleven right next door was convenient. The station is a short walk away, and the route is easy to follow. On the downside, some walls inside the room had patches of red paint that caught my eye, insects appeared – I managed on the final night but it might have been a deal‑breaker on day one – and the towels felt old‑fashioned.
