Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The waiters were especially attentive. Enes at the beach and Eyüp at the lounge took special care of us and every other guest. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, the bed and overall comfort were really good. Live music and the DJ could be improved.

The food was great with plenty of variety. The pool staff were attentive and helpful, the place was very clean – I’m particular about cleanliness and felt very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were lovely. Towels were free. The location was decent, though I had to climb a steep hill to reach the main street. The staff could have been more attentive in the dining area and by the beach. It would have helped to know what was included in the all‑inclusive package at the start, and a bus to the town centre would have been useful.

Essen , Lage , Natur , Wasser , Personal Aufmerksamkeit und hilfsbereit. Laut Musik am Strand DJ sehr laut und für die Ohren unangenehm

The location and staff were great, but the lunch buffet and dinner only offered fish on the seafood menu – this needs improvement.

The stay was a rollercoaster of feelings, marked by two 😥s and three ❤️s.
