The staff seemed poorly trained, which was very disappointing; the hotel was overpriced and the service was pathetic. I would not recommend it to anyone, and the Lemon Tree just above is far better in every way. No positives.

The ambience was pleasant with nice greenery, but the property was poorly maintained: rooms had many issues such as improper fittings, a broken mirror, faulty switch sockets, loose screws on the floor that were dangerous, and a foul, dirty smell coming from the washroom—overall very unhygienic.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and understanding; they tried to move me to another room (which wasn’t great) because the better rooms were fully booked, and they let me cancel my second night and stay elsewhere without any hassle. However, the place doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s basically a construction site; the pool was dirty and full of dust, making it unpleasant to sit by, the breakfast room was very dirty with poor offerings, the room itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and noisy. I booked an entry‑level room at 5‑star prices for the location and it feels more like a 2‑star.
