It had closed a few months earlier and was now a private house. We only found out when we arrived for our holiday! We were left scrambling to find a place to sleep that night, and the only alternative was much more expensive. There was absolutely no communication from the hotel to warn us it was no longer operating as a hotel. The situation was shocking, and I will never stay there again!

The host was incredibly accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a lovely view.

Breakfast was excellent, and although reaching the hill above Dartmouth was a bit of a challenge, the No90 bus brought us back to the top! I was annoyed that I didn’t receive a parking ticket for being an inch over the white line in the car park.
