The hot tub was shut off, the stairs were dirty, and the walls were peeling. The place felt really outdated and loud, especially on the main strip.

The location was great and the views were beautiful. The rooms were lovely and comfy. However, we had to pay extra for the spa, and the price for one night was very expensive.

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel I have ever encountered; their customer service was appalling, and they lied to us. My spouse, our infant, and I had booked a room for Sunday one night 12,09 until 13/09 one night to get some rest and had paid the full amount in advance. When we arrived on Sunday and asked for the room we had reserved, the reservations department assigned us a different one instead. When I objected, they behaved very rudely and kept my family and me waiting until 4:00 PM. Absolutely very very bad

Great location and lovely staff. The gin albeit random was lovely. The pool wasn’t as big as it looks in the photos, the shower wasn’t the cleanest and the sink had a crack in it
