The bed was comfy and the room was spotless, but the remote lacked a battery cover, the fridge was wobbly, the lamp had a short, there was no blow dryer, the bathroom door knob was loose, a washcloth had been used to plug a hole under the bathtub faucet, the shower head was wobbly, the bathtub faucet had repairs around the hole where it came out of the wall, the water had a strong bleach smell that triggered my allergy, the bathroom conditioner bottle was crushed, and although the hotel was pet‑friendly, the back door leading to the dog walk was covered in goose and duck poop, which was unhealthy for us and our dog. I was really surprised by how poorly maintained this place was; I had expected a clean and reliable stay. I plan to inspect my rooms myself next time.

“Was clean in the room and was good for business situation”

Convenient and good value, but some weekly residents didn’t look after the property well.

I believe this was the cleanest place I have stayed while visiting TN
