The place was incredibly clean, the staff were very friendly, and the kitchen was simply great! No complaints at all.

The hotel, the scenery, the courteous and helpful staff, and the fresh air made for a wonderful spot. We felt very comfortable and grateful. The only downside was that our reservation was cancelled the first time.

I really enjoyed the Provençal and Tuscan style, the abundance of flowers, and the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness. We found a pleasant calm, even though we were there during the wine festival and they didn’t impose any program on us.

I was the only guest in the whole hotel, yet I ended up in a room with a foul-smelling bathroom and poorly insulated windows that left the room cold by breakfast. The staff didn’t communicate well; they mentioned breakfast starts at 8:00 but didn’t tell me that, as a solo guest, there would be no buffet. I went to eat at 8:00 and found only a few pre‑set tables with nothing to eat. After a few minutes of waiting I gave up and went to the reception to settle my bill and leave. A friendly lady asked if I had finished my breakfast, and when I said I hadn’t because nothing was available, she said there was a cold breakfast set up in a corner for me—how was I supposed to know to look there?
