The place was very well positioned next to Braga’s city center, and checking in with codes was easy. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and there was only one blanket and some sheets or blankets to cover yourself with.

Everything was great, the place is perfect for planning and is close to the terminal, and there are several good services.

The property sits very close to the CCTB bus station and plenty of amenities are within walking distance—supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a vet clinic, etc. The host is very responsive. There’s no air‑conditioning, so it can feel quite warm when the outside temperature rises, although a ceiling fan is in the room.

The location is fine. The room doesn’t match the listing; the photos look older and are taken from selective angles. The ceiling fan works, but the housing and blade mechanism are covered in a thick layer of dust—clearly not cleaned in a long time. With no air‑conditioning, that fan is the only air circulation. The walls are bare, with visible filler patches and old fixing marks. The TV cable runs openly across the wall. There is no wardrobe, just a metal clothes rack. No bedside table either—there’s a mini‑fridge that fills that role. Two small windows set high near the ceiling look onto the half‑collapsed roof of the building next door. One window reveal is unfinished, with exposed rotting timber in the frame. The ceiling on the landing has a large patch of plaster and paint peeling off—clear water damage, not just wear. It works as a place to sleep. The problem is that the listing sets expectations the room doesn’t meet. Updating the photos to current ones would fix most of this.
