The staff were friendly, though they weren't very clear about parking. The kitchen was kind of dirty, the rooms weren't great, and the free breakfast was basically just cereal and milk.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, so from a cost‑value perspective it was decent. Hot water came out well. But the facilities were very old, far more so than the photos showed, with rusty communal appliances like the fridge. Even though the staff seemed to keep things clean, the overall sense of age couldn't be erased. The ventilation was poor, forcing me to rely on the AC, and the air was damp and humid, which got me a cold. Dust was everywhere, making it hard to stay there with my dust allergy.

It was close to everything, good for nearby activities. The walls had stains, the air conditioning made you sleep in warm clothes and they offered heavy blankets you couldn't change or turn off. There were only showers on the ground floor and only one men's and one women's bathroom upstairs. If you had to leave before breakfast you couldn't eat there and had to pay elsewhere.
