The spot was spot on for where I needed to be, but first time in Sydney and the door was a nightmare to open at night. And the Wi‑Fi? I couldn't get it to work at all.

Good location, but the check‑in form was a mess – I filled it out, it didn’t work, so no entry info. I called, they wouldn’t give me the code even after answering security questions. Finally got in, only to find trash left by previous guests. No hot water, TV dead. Worst stay ever. I want my money back, and I’m still dealing with the bad service.
