I was really disappointed with the way I was treated at the hotel reception - the staff were incredibly rude.

My stay was a lovely experience - I felt right at home, the staff were great, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The location was fantastic, and the hotel premises were neat, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. I have to say, everything was just good.
