El lugar es espectacular, tiene una decoración divina y hay una paz increíble, ideal para descansar. La habitación muy cómoda y decorada con muy buen gusto. El personal es super amable y atento. El desayuno exquisito y muy completo. Me encantó y volvería!. Para el tipo y nivel de hotel que es, esperaba algo más de amenities (por ejemplo alguna botella de agua de cortesía, una jarra para calentar agua en el cuarto, con algún té, o una cafetera, que hubiera pantuflas y bata, un frigobar más completo, ya que sólo había agua). Otra cosa que me sorprendió fue que tuvimos un corte de agua en la habitación por un cortocircuito debido a una tormenta que hubo en la noche, y lo que me llamó la atención es que no nos ofrecieron nada para minimizar el contratiempo o para intentar compensarnos de alguna forma (por ejemplo que nos fuéramos a bañar a otra habitación que hubiera vacía, ya que no nos pudimos ni duchar al despertarnos, o que tuvieran algún tipo de atención con nosotros, ya que fuimos sólo 2 habitaciones las afectadas, como por ejemplo un regalito, o al menos que no nos cobraran las aguas Salus que tuvimos que usar para lavarnos los dientes y la cara). No sé, me parece que aunque no fuera culpa del hotel, el huésped siempre aprecia ese tipo de detalles de empatía con la situación. Igual disfrutamos mucho la estancia y me sigue pareciendo un muy lindo hotel

I loved the à la carte breakfast, highly recommended if you value quality over quantity. The common areas stand out for their elegance and good taste, offering luxury without cheap showiness. The on‑site kitchen is very good.

The décor, location, river view, and excellent breakfast were all flawless. However, the room lacked a coffee maker, electric kettle, and a heated pool.

The breakfast and lobby were positives. The bed was a drawback; the mattresses were in bad condition and the hotel wasn’t prepared for cold weather.
