Everything here is flawless: Terra is incredibly warm and friendly, the room stays clean and comfy, the spot is perfect for grabbing anything nearby, and the cats are just adorable 🥰

The staff genuinely cares and is ready to help without being overbearing; the room stays spotless. Even though it rained heavily and my room was on the ground floor, no ants or insects bothered me—something that usually shows up in other budget places. Depending on your taste, that could be a plus or a minus, but a few super friendly stray cats greeted me each morning. Two beach towels come free. I can’t find a real downside; it worked great for me. It might have been a 10 if I had a stunning view or a spot right next to the beach :p

Le camere sono molto pulite, il proprietario molto cordiale. Chiaramente le camere sono spartane, ma con tutto il necessario… considerato il prezzo non si può pretendere di più

Tonny, the owner, is fantastic and does everything he can to help. He’s the first to let you know it’s a guest house, not a hotel—this is genuinely good budget accommodation and a solid base

The location is fine. The owner was rude because I forgot the after‑hours door code—not just at the time, which I understand, but also the next day in front of other guests. He must have a lot of money to think it’s okay to treat people like that
