The room was spacious, but unfortunately it did not provide the level of comfort we expected and lacked a feeling of cleanliness. The tiled floor in the room was dirty and visibly worn, and the beds were quite squeaky. The communication with the host was very good. There is a car park close to the accommodation, where overnight parking costs €30. The accommodation is located on an extremely noisy street. However, we appreciated that earplugs were provided

“Lovely room, friendly staff but so much noise from the street”
Friendly staff, nice, clean room with honour system mini bar. Amazing shower pressure. Good value. Easy to check in and out. Close to one of the city's train stations. Unbelievable amount of noise from the street. In the middle of the night it sounded like you were sleeping on an active construction site. I am not a light sleeper but I needed sleeping pills and ear plugs
The host pays attention to the essentials for a comfortable holiday stay (there is a hairdryer, plenty of towels, an iron machine, etc.). The size of the room is also an advantage, while the fully equipped kitchen and the terrace are added bonuses. The host also kept us constantly updated with all the information we needed. The cleanliness was not at all what I expected. The floor was quite dirty—quite apart from the fact that it was very old, simply wiping it with a damp cloth would pick up black grime (and there was no carpet, nor were hotel slippers provided). There were large patches of mold in the bathroom, and a foul odor was coming from the drain. All the outside noise gets into the room because the windows are old and provide no sound insulation at all (I appreciated that earplugs were provided, as I find it very difficult to sleep otherwise)
