The staff were friendly and handled my complaints well; the price was reasonable, and the location was neither central nor isolated. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, they offered a $20 discount on my stay. I had booked for amenities that turned out to be missing. Someone had previously vandalized the room; the repairs felt incomplete or poorly executed. A stab‑like mark circled on the wall above the bed, a busted bathroom door with haphazard repairs around the handle and a split in its width, a removed painting with the remaining one damaged, a dent in the wall from a head‑size impact, torn blinds, a dirty bed skirt, a bathtub that didn’t drain properly, a long‑broken steam room still advertised, and a broken hot tub that was only temporarily fixed.
