The location was very peaceful, easy to reach, and offered amazing views; the exterior of the accommodation was undoubtedly its strongest point, very pretty, although on the first day we found a dead rat in the pool. The cleanliness was far below expectations: the bed was dirty, we slept on top of the quilt because there was a yellow stain on the sheet, there were many spider webs and a general lack of tidiness. Simple things like removing the coffee capsules left by previous guests from the machine were ignored. Asking guests to leave the dishes washed is fine, but requesting them to take out the trash (?) seems like the responsibility of the cleaners, especially since check‑out is at 10 am and they don't allow staying in the pool (check‑in is only at 16 h); they have plenty of time and capacity to take out the trash.

I liked the space, it was calm, pleasant, and had an incredible view. I didn't like that when we arrived, the bed for my daughter wasn’t made, and the linens and towels were all in a large plastic bag with no instructions.
