Spacious rooms feature wooden floors, warm colours, and marble bathrooms with hairdryers and bidets. A café-bar serves Spanish and international cuisine. The hotel is 2 Metro stops from IFEMA Exhibition Centre, 1.5 km from Chamartín Train Station, and 5 km from Madrid Barajas Airport, with direct Metro links.

I won’t return. The staff were indifferent, the room was noisy and cold (October). It’s only for locals; don’t expect an international‑standard service approach. The first night there was dust and grime; I called for a change and they told me to wait until the morning, but after I insisted, someone came and swapped the room. The heater didn’t work, I fell ill. I had questions before arrival, no one answered my emails or messages, only phone calls. I mentioned this at check‑in and they ignored me. Morning breakfast aromas and sounds drift into the room, which is annoying. If you encounter problems, don’t expect care, concern or a gesture. Even at checkout they didn’t ask if you were satisfied. The hotel hasn’t modernised.

The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming, the location is superb, the metro is just across the street. Reception, housekeeping, and dining staff are all very pleasant.

The hotel was pretty, quiet, in a good neighborhood, with a lovely living room, a spacious, bright, and peaceful room that had everything needed to make coffee, and very comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, the food excellent right there in a pleasant setting. A supermarket and a metro station were just across the street, and a church was next door. The value for money was excellent. What more could you ask for to enjoy a pleasant and relaxed stay?

The food was delicious, the atmosphere very pleasant and quiet. Nearby there are good restaurants and a large supermarket, so if you forget something or need to buy anything it’s easy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that the room had a bathtub—really a place to relax. I can’t find anything I didn’t like.
