I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned. The hotel's location was a major plus - it's right near DRT 2 Kolkata, making it super convenient for anyone visiting the area. However, the room was a different story altogether. It was dirty, the toilet wasn't functioning properly, and to make matters worse, there was no electricity board near the bed, which caused a huge hassle.

The location's not bad, but that's about where the positives end. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness - the room and washroom were filthy, and I'm not exaggerating. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches scurrying around in both the room and washroom. It was pretty gross.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The place I booked looked nothing like the photos online, and my room was a cramped, damp, and smelly nightmare with a bathroom that was just as bad. I only stayed one night of my 14-night booking before I had to find a new hotel, but when I asked for a refund, I was flat-out refused. They even asked me to send photos as evidence, but by then they'd already made up their minds not to help me out.

The hotel's location is hands-down its best feature. It's right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and public transport. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The rooms are tiny, the decor is outdated, and the service is non-existent. I've stayed in some basic places before, but this one takes the cake. The staff seems completely uninterested in helping, and the breakfast is a sad, stale affair.

Rude mannerless staff. I did booking 3 day before and got confirmation but at the time of check in they denied to give room sayad that payment was notade so we will not give room while there was not any payment option was available in the portal l. It was clearly mentioned pay at the time of check in. People travelling and reaching destination after so much effort and this type of nonsense is not acceptable. Nothing
