I liked the TV selection, but the rest was a nightmare. The hotel was crawling with roaches, and my kid woke up with one on her bed during our overnight stay. There was no soundproofing at all – you could hear conversations at the front desk, hallway chatter, the elevator, and doors slamming. On top of that, water bubbles were dripping from the ceiling right over the beds. When I tried to bring up these problems, the staff were indifferent and even asked if I was checking out. I ended up leaving a few hours later after booking a different hotel nearby.

The parking lot was a highlight, but the rest fell flat. It was filthy, and the man who seemed to be the manager was neither helpful nor friendly. I was in the middle of extending my stay for another night when he started acting like a jerk for no reason.
