The location was convenient, but the entrance was terrible—so narrow that only a very large car could fit; parking is really only for big cars, so that should be advertised. The bright security light from the neighbors lit up the apartment, and there was no blind on the door to block it, making it hard to sleep. I won't stay here again.

The location was very nice, and the night‑time doorman was a real showman. The room door was positioned in front of a light pole, which illuminated the space at night, and the room itself was a bit outdated.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, from the manager to the reception, waiters, housekeeping and even the night‑shift reception night manager who wore white gloves and exuded charm. Charlene—though I'm not sure of the exact name—was amazing at arranging an early check‑in, very friendly and professional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
