The hotel was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, especially for attending events at BITEC. The room was comfortable and my overall stay was pleasant. Some of the facilities were fairly basic and could benefit from improvement or modernization. However, this did not significantly affect my stay
