Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Bed was very comfortable, ahower was very hot and good pressure, close to all attractions, shops, bars etc. The cleanliness of the room was diabolical, there were no staff members to hand the keys over to at check out, bedroom door locks were a bit iffy

the member of staff was polite and the bed was comfy. Room and bathroom was dirty , the plug sockets didnt work and the room had a dodgy lock

I was disappointed with my visit; the hotel felt unwelcoming, and I couldn’t even sleep there. The room was infested with bed bugs, had mold and dampness, and the floor was covered in dirt that had been wiped up from the window sill.

I left early in the morning so I didn’t have breakfast; the room was filthy with mismatched wallpaper peeling, windows without handles, a loose door, a dip in the bathroom floor, and the plastic shower head broke and smashed on the floor when I turned it on.

I arrived to find two packets of tablets on the floor: one ibuprofen and one mefenamic that my 5‑year‑old discovered on the top bunk, whose mattress didn’t fit the bed because a huge slat was missing and crumbs littered the slats. The wallpaper was peeling, the windows were moldy, the drawers were full of crumbs, the room felt cramped, and the doors didn’t lock. I definitely won’t return.
