The hotel has a good location and the rates are reasonable, but the restaurant was only open one of the three nights and the complimentary tea/coffee for guests wasn’t offered; contacting the front desk was hard – I asked for early check‑in, received a message saying my request had been accepted, yet only got the key code at the usual time and received a rather curt reply when I followed up.

The location is good, the space comfortably accommodates two people, the outdoor areas are nice, but the parking spot was hidden and should have been better marked as part of the accommodation.

There was no breakfast, and there is no way to get in touch – I’ve emailed and called at least 30 times but it’s impossible to obtain a receipt from them.
