We stayed in room 304 for three nights and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—worth every penny. The staff worked hard, and the dinner at the on‑site restaurant was the best meal we had during our time in Switzerland. An excellent hotel!

The views were amazing, yet the floor we were on smelled awful. When I asked about the odor, they said it was gone, but it wasn’t, and I wondered why they were spraying.
