The place is pet‑friendly and in the city centre, but there is noise coming from other units. I understand this isn’t the property’s fault.

Good location. Nothing else.
Location! We had 3 rooms while a family member was in hospital. Just a walk across the road, we didn't need to find hospital parking
“Room fine, however how I was mistreated was devastating for me. A horrible experience for me.”
After losing my home to a fire last year, having a clean room was a relief and it was comfortable to stay in. However, the treatment I received was terrible; I was discriminated against because of my appearance and told to leave. My support worker pleaded with them to let me stay one night, and they finally agreed but insisted I leave the next morning as soon as possible.
