The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the location was good, and the breakfast was varied—which is rare in German hotels. The parking at the hotel isn’t suitable for SUVs.

The location suited me, and the cleaning staff were friendly and hardworking. After midnight I was thirsty, walked to the desk, asked for a cold bottle of water, and the staff refused to add it to my bill, saying the system wouldn’t allow it; I paid with my card in the room. When I checked out, the desk lady demanded the receipt for the water, which I refused, but she insisted and it felt rude. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.
