Debbie was a wonderful host and the room was spotless. When I arrived on Sunday evening, I had to call to get the guest house access code and to find out which room I was in while standing outside a locked building; I wish that had been emailed beforehand. The GWR journey to Easington was terrible and the front door being locked was frustrating, but Debbie is truly lovely and I would gladly come back.

No breakfast, but the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. Nothing else to comment on.

The room was clean, but my stay was disastrous. I couldn't sleep and checked out first thing in the morning even though I was supposed to stay for three nights. The communal bathroom is next to my room, and the walls are paper thin, so I could hear everyone all night in and out of the bathroom. The floorboards creak from the stairs, making any movement very loud. I could hear other guests talking in their rooms and their TVs. It seems contractors are staying here, as I heard all the alarms go off in different rooms from 5am onwards.

Everything was great, except the shower pressure was a bit low.
