Nice sized room and very helpful staff. Great central location but you have to walk a few blocks to get to a street where people drive: eg if you need an Uber. 1) It’s in a pedestrian area so cars can’t drive up with your luggage and you have to walk — a short distance but if someone had large or many bags it isn’t ideal. 2) I was lucky to score one of the two rooms on the entry level but my friends were up a flight of stairs and it was a challenge. 3) Check out is 11 am; you can leave your bags but no one will be at the desk for several hours after that. 4) You leave your key on a board in the front hall when you go out, which doesn’t seem like the most secure arrangement
