Extended Stay America Suites - Ramsey - Upper Saddle River

The staff were friendly and flexible; I had to request a room change because room #201 still smelled of cigarette smoke.

“Nope ! never again !”

The location was fine, but the room and whole hotel smelled like pure cigarette smoke and my clothes still carry that odor. The door next to my room was slammed all night. I asked for a late checkout; the front desk at about 9 am said I could stay until 12. Then at 11 am I got a call, and at 11:30 a knock on my door—how could I rest? The next door had a barking dog. It was just not good; I couldn’t see the sign outside the highway covered in trees and hardly lit. The bed had hair, the bathroom had hair in the tub; I could not continue.

“It was excellent, bed was good overall excellent would stay there again”

Everything was great, but all the drains were clogged and I had to wait a long time for the water to drain, especially the bathroom basin. I reported it and it should have been fixed the next day, but I left for an event and came back late, so I know they would have fixed it once I was there because I was only there for three days.

It was nearly impossible to find the location from the Cumo Bridge.
