The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. Even though the location was excellent, our room faced the main street and there was a lot of noise at night. Because there was no air conditioning, we couldn’t close the windows. In short, we slept a little. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault; the street is narrow, cobbled, and cars keep coming into the castle neighbourhood on that road.

The décor, cleanliness, location, and balcony views were exceptional, and Mrs. Maria was very kind. The beds were uncomfortable; the noise went through the walls and made it hard to sleep. Hot water took a long time to arrive, so we showered in cold water because we weren’t warned. That wasn’t a problem in summer, but it could be in winter.

The location and cleanliness were outstanding. We stayed in August (very hot) and there was no air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan over the bed that was more than enough to keep us cool at night, but during the day it wasn’t enough to control the heat.

The location is perfect, but the room is only comfortable for most of the year; in summer it gets too hot, and you can't leave the balcony open because of street noise.
