I left something behind, and the staff not only found it but also covered the shipping costs to send it to me; I hadn’t even realized I’d lost it, and since it was my child’s beloved toy, I was thrilled.

I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. However, I did struggle with the air conditioning, as I couldn't figure out how to use it properly, and it wouldn't turn on even when I tried to use the remote control.
