The service was exceptional. There were no problems at all.

The rooms were super spacious and well equipped. I found it bad that there was no 24‑hour staff, or at least until nightfall. Employees only stayed until 5 pm and didn’t return until the next day. At the pool they left some drinks in a fridge for consumption, but there was no minibar service, snacks, or anything in case you got hungry. Moreover, room service was slow. Breakfast was served daily in the room for each guest, but they took a long time to clean up and the table stayed with leftover food for a long time.
New building tucked into the woods, and the breakfast was top notch. The place was spotless, and the best part? A bunch of adorable monkeys popped up at the breakfast table, and we even caught sight of an opossum wandering around. Overall, a pretty solid stay.

Gostei muito da estadia, quarto bem confortável, áreas comuns excelentes!. Não amei o esquema de café da manhã no quarto, você precisa marcar hora com antecedência e não tem tantas opções como um café da manhã tradicional de hotel. Os funcionários foram muito solicitos mas a recepção funcionava só até 16:00
