“Not a good experience. Didn't get enough sleep.”

The spot was great, but the elevator was broken so we had to haul our bags up and down the stairs. The TV remote kept falling apart, the cooler was too loud and stayed cold even after we dialed it back, and the room had a mildew smell.

“Generally ok, but Tub-shower arrangement was not great for older people & TV set-up was poor”

My stay at this hotel was just average, with no major complaints or standout positives. While the hotel itself was fine, the food could have been better, and that was a bit of a letdown.
