The price‑quality ratio is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

The location is fine, but the streets were under construction, so the taxi couldn’t get in; the front‑desk guy was very kind, and the host was good. However, the value for money is not worth it – I’ve stayed in better European hotels for under €60. The building is very old, almost silent, the doors creak and don’t close properly, the room is dirty, with long black hair on the sheets, dust everywhere, old and torn towels, mosquitoes, and the air‑conditioner doesn’t work – just a pathetic fan! The beds are filthy and dusty. One night is tolerable, but with kids I wouldn’t recommend it.

The welcome and the quiet made for a good rest. The bathroom is tiny and I saw a cockroach.
