The staff were very helpful and polite, but everything else was far away and steep, so we had to rely on a car all the time to reach the restaurant, pool, sauna, and courts.

It was decent, but the rain prevented us from enjoying the space, so it didn't feel any better than expected.

The staff service was sensational and the food was wonderful, and I liked everything.

All the staff were extremely attentive, no exceptions, and the monitors were 1000‑point. Just a suggestion: add a few elderly‑friendly chalets with safety bars in the bathrooms.

The heated pool, good breakfast, fishing lake, spacious chalet, balcony hammock, table and chairs in the room, hair dryer, beautiful and well‑kept landscaping, attentive attendant Ricardo, scented towels, and the cute kittens were all great. The larger outdoor pool could have been heated; even though it was hot, it felt too cold to use. Lunch and dinner had limited options and no drinks were included with the meals, which I expected for the room rate. The chalet I stayed in had no air conditioning and a very noisy fan, forcing a choice between heat and silence, or noise and heat—if someone sleeps in the living area, the heat problem worsens because there's no fan. The chalet also didn't provide bath amenities (shampoo and conditioner), and the toilet paper was low quality. The bed was a bit too soft; for two nights it was okay, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, it might hurt your back. The walk to the lake, heated Toboga pool, and the rest of the hotel is short, but for older guests or those with special needs, a car is required to move around the large property.
