“I won’t be going back.”
The spot was convenient, but the room got rattled by loud music from the bar below late at night.

Straightforward.

The place had a great location, delicious food, and the staff were very friendly.

Everyone on staff was friendly and the meals were tasty and fairly priced, yet the room looked worn out, the bathroom was old‑fashioned, the shower rusted and the curtain looked off‑color, the carpet was grimy with shoes left on it, the radiator seemed to have been leaking for a while, and the corridors and doors were noisy; there was no reception desk.

The hotel was close to the town centre, a supermarket, and not far from the train station, and the room was spacious with a relatively large bathroom. However, I received little information on how to get back to my room after arrival—long hallways, multiple staircases—and the staff stayed out of touch during my stay. Only at the end, when I asked how to return the key because I was leaving earlier than breakfast time (not included in my stay), did I get a response. The door handle was loose, so I tightened the screws myself. Worse, the hallway and staircase floors and the carpet in the room looked dirty and stained, which was disappointing since the room itself had no cleanliness issues as I had read in recent comments.
