“It was a nice stay, staff where helpful but I wouldn’t stay again”

The rooms are really nice and modern, the shower is lovely and actually has some power!! The staff are so helpful, they don’t speak perfect English but they really tried (nothing Google Translate can’t help!!). Two mornings I was woken up at 8am by blasting music and shouting which was really annoying!! Also there was a dog constantly barking which also wasn’t pleasant. My fridge didn’t work either.

I paid between 300-400 and that was fine for the basic amenities I needed; the staff were decent, and a guy on the night shift helped me up the steep hill. The room was clean and the price was reasonable for the number of beds; the only downside was the steep slope, which made me nervous.

The bedroom was spotless, right in the center, and the staff were enthusiastic and kind; I’ll definitely come back.

The location was convenient, but this was the worst experience I've had in Da Lat. Everything felt dirty, so I woke up itchy all over. My room was in the basement and shared a public toilet. A female staff member rented me a car that had no gas; when I returned it half full, she charged me 100k for fuel, even though I checked out early. I left a rating and messaged the hotel via booking, but they didn’t apologize; instead they sounded like they were giving me a free rental. Their attitude was terrible. Also, An Nhi Hotel required a 50% deposit (calculated at app price) and then, when I returned to Saigon, I discovered the hotel had cancelled the booking and warned me that I could be charged an INDEFINITE fee. Why would they charge through the app and then cancel it? It was very calculated and shady.
