The accommodation was spotless, the bedroom and bathroom were spacious for easy movement, the location is next to the terminal so restaurants and convenience stores are handy, walking around at night would be nice, there are many convenience stores nearby, and many good restaurants; however, those who prefer Korean food might be a little disappointed, but a simple New York‑style breakfast is available.

The place was clean and new, but a shower curtain is needed to stop water from splashing all over the bathroom.

The newer hotel sits one block from the central bus terminal; check‑in was at 4 pm, we arrived at 3:30 pm and could go straight to the room, the front staff were very friendly, English was limited but Google Translate helped us, we had never seen a room with an anteroom to remove shoes and slippers waiting at the door, a motion‑activated light for safety and a lockable door were cool features, we stayed in a Superior Twin with a city view, the room was large, very clean, had a Queen bed plus a single bed (6 pillows total), a 3‑night stand, a long bench seat, a work table, a stool, robes, a sterilizing closet (first time I saw one), a fridge, a kettle (3‑in‑1 coffee, tea), 3 small towels, 1 larger one, a big TV with some English channels, good Wi‑Fi, a lift, and good blackout curtains, the bathroom had two showers, one in a tub (no curtain) and one between the tub and toilet, we used the tub shower and it worked well, slippers were provided in the bathroom, liquid soap and conditioners were supplied, the blackout curtains were good, breakfast was included on the 5th floor with bread for toast and cereals, coffee and a set plate, no buffet, the tap water was fine, and overall there were no complaints; a breakfast buffet or more set‑plate options would be nice.
