Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The Giglio Rooms turned out to be an outstanding and flawless establishment in terms of service. I was pleasantly surprised by the common lounge, which offered a wide selection of drinks and more. In short, I can say that the stay surpassed my expectations.

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Nothing else to mention.

Very clean, the bed and bathroom were comfortable. The lack of a 24‑hour reception was a drawback.

The property was immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was the best we have ever experienced in all of Europe, with great water pressure, hot water, a towel warmer, and plenty of space. The check‑in process was difficult; they advertise a range from 3 pm‑8 pm, but in practice you have to call and give them an exact time. We stood outside and waited on the street for 15 minutes when we arrived at 4 pm.
