“A disappointing experience”

I liked the location and the activities around the park, but I had to write this honestly: there were no bathroom towels, dishcloths/tea towels, or washing liquids; cutlery was missing until a few days later when we found them dirty in the dishwasher; electrical items seemed unsafe, the cooker would spark; and the Wi‑Fi signal was bad—unacceptable for the money we spent on just three nights, forcing us to pay extra just to stay.

We enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The caravan was beautiful and located in an excellent spot. Nothing to complain about.

I appreciated that the host had included games for the kids, and having a dishwasher in a holiday rental is a huge plus—definitely a major bonus!

The price‑to‑value ratio for a group of nine was outstanding and the location outside the city was very pleasant, yet the accommodation wasn’t particularly clean—under the pull‑out sofa lay what felt like an entire bag of chips and a lot of dust. We booked for nine people, but the mobile home only fits eight.

“I didn't stay, no lights working in main bedroom, electric issues I have epilepsy and brain injury”

Electricity was an issue, 2 men out to fix it, 6 hours working on it until 12.30am and it Still wasn't fixed they wanted to come back next day day. Cleaners were there when I arrived. The owner said they were running late but the Cleaners told me they were contracted to clean that caravan at 5pm. The caravan check in was 3pm
