The breakfast was weak and basic. The room was cold and had no heating—even in spring the AC couldn't warm it up. The heated pool was chilly because the windows were open and cooled the area. I left home to stay cold in the hotel. The place needs a makeover and is pricey for what it offers. Parking costs 55 reais per day.

The location is great, but we had trouble getting into the room—locks didn’t work. We had to change rooms and carry several keys. Sometimes we had to ask for a key twice to enter. One day the power went out for over an hour. Another day they put a single bed sheet on a double bed.

We requested a room with three beds on the app and were charged an extra fee for the three women. We were told there was no refund and that the app should have informed us. The location was excellent and the service was great.
