“Very disappointing”

The staff, especially the lifeguards, worked around the clock and made the kids feel special, and the slides were fun. The food, room, drinks, and beach shuttle were all disappointing. The room was very basic, almost hostel‑like, with only soap in the bathroom and no shampoo or lotion. Our shower flooded the bathroom daily and never got fixed even after we reported it multiple times. The food and drinks were terrible, the beach shuttle ran only hourly without air‑conditioning, and the most shocking part was that we had to pay to replace the beach/pool towels—they smelled bad after a few days of use. The slides were also not all open at once; they changed every hour, which was annoying. Overall, a very let‑down holiday and we won’t return.

This is our fourth visit, so it’s already a favorite ❤️. We love the place; this time it was a return after two years and a pleasant surprise. Breakfasts improved, two themed restaurants were added, and a few logistical tweaks were made. We recommend it and will definitely come back, making it the fifth time 😎. ALL THE STAFF, we love you. “Resort familiar”

A great resort for a family holiday with kids; the water park is on site and there's also an amusement park that costs extra in the same premises. The main restaurant's opening hours could be a bit wider for both lunch and dinner.

The hotel met expectations. The food was monotonous but edible, and by the fifth day we wanted some menu variety. The premises were clean, water was available 24/7, and the slides were decent. The animation ran daily with shows and dances, keeping it interesting. Note that there are no beach towels on the shore; bring your own or buy them. All the previously mentioned drawbacks are present. 1. The shuttle bus to the beach departs first at 11 am, and there is none on Sundays. The car is small, so not everyone fits; you have to wait 10–15 minutes for the next group. Walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes, and the experience there is limited. 2. The food is the same every day. It is tasty, but the selection is small and absolutely monotonous.
