The location was great and the value was good, but climbing four flights of stairs with luggage, plus a day of exploring that climb, was a real challenge.

The spot is great and the price feels right for what you get, plus having a fridge just for yourself is a nice touch. The downside is the shared bathroom and kitchen – the bathroom was pretty grim and, even after they fixed the issue, I ended up taking cold showers for two days. It would help if someone was always on hand to keep the common areas tidy; otherwise guests just leave a mess.

The place is in a handy spot and the lady I dealt with was really friendly, which made check‑in easy. Unfortunately the shared bathroom was filthy, both fridges (the communal one and the one in our room) were dirty, and the floor in the room wasn’t spotless either. There’s also no parking and no front desk, which can be a hassle.
