The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and experiencing traditional hospitality for the first time was memorable; the onsen and breakfast were both beautiful and delicious.
The authenticity was great. Nothing to complain about.
“総じて言えば満足。”
The private open‑air bath was wonderful and the room was tidy, with a tasty dinner. Unfortunately, the view outside was disappointing, the door lock and construction were poor and required a trick to open, and the latter part of dinner—shabu‑shabu with ponzu after the vinegared dishes—was too sharp even for a fan of vinegared foods.
All the staff were friendly. The rooftop open-air bath still had a lingering disinfectant smell.
