The dinner and breakfast served in Japanese style were tasty and well presented, and the mountain view was amazing; the starlit bath was fascinating. The room was spacious with many amenities. Staff spoke English, though not very clearly, but they did their best to make me comfortable. Overall, an incredible experience.

Everything was great here - the view was amazing, the service was perfect, my room was comfy, the food was memorable, and the onsen was clean. I don't have any complaints.

The staff was incredible. So very nice and gracious, and very helpful. Limited English, so knowing basics and apps came in handy. Food was delicious! Way too much, but rather have too much than be left hungry. Views and seclusion was nice. Close to temple and farm. The motion lights. Like that it turns off, don't like when it turned on in the middle of the night (sleeping baby). Wish we knew about bag transfers - should have asked sooner, but thought we only needed 1 night (actually needs 2 nights). Hard to get a taxi up there at night. Very few taxis running
