The place was spotless, tidy, and nicely arranged, showing the owners really care. Breakfast, included in the price, was also excellent. The scenery around was beautiful and there was a parking lot under the building. The only small drawback was the difficulty communicating in English, but everything could still be managed. I wouldn't even call it a downside.

We rode a bike from Sterzing to Sarntal, stayed overnight, and rode back the next day. The hotel is conveniently located and quiet, so you can sleep without interruptions. Cleanliness, friendliness, and breakfast were above average. That weekend, a festival in the neighboring municipality attracted everyone in the area, so the restaurant was closed, which was a pity. We managed with a snack we bought at an Alimentario in Pens.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean, well-equipped, and the room was large. Nothing was missing.
